I also worked with Glenn at CSG for many years. Quite a few years back, we discovered that our birthdays were only a day apart so we were able to celebrate almost being twins many times. We never forgot each others birthday. Glenn was always so kind and sincere. I am sad to learn of this loss.

Glenn. Where do I begin? He was simply a delight and to know him was to know kindness at its core. I met Glenn 4 years ago while working and from the second you knew him you knew he was a genuine, caring person, who would move mountains to get your issue resolved! I know this was his character in and outside of work. He would take the time out of his day to always say hello and ask how you were doing. Glenn, I sure am going to miss you. Rest in paradise, and as always enjoy the cake for me 😉

Glenn always got a five star ⭐️ rating when he worked on my laptop and helped solve my issues. He was the kindest and gentlest man. I looked forward to enjoying his freshly brewed coffee when I came back from my business trips. Somehow he always managed to wear shorts in the coldest of winters. Maybe that is why he drank so much coffee to keep warm. :). May he Rest In Peace and know his sincerity will not be forgotten.

Glenn was my classmate at RO. Connected with him at reunions and sometimes in between. Shared a few phone calls, a few beers, and even went to your farm, Joyce, with my mom Elaine Smith for a campfire and horseback riding! He was a nice guy, with a strange sense of humor sometimes! He will be missed by many friends and classmates. My thoughts are with you and your family.

I'm so sorry to hear about Glenn. He and I often interacted via work, I know he was ill the last while. We often talked about fishing and getting out on a boat. Wishing we had more time for such activities.
In a chat just a few weeks ago I asked Glenn how he was feeling. He said, about the same but then said "Just have to reference Monty Python's Life of Brian - Always look on the bright side of Life". Which says so much about Glenn. You will be missed my friend.

I am so saddened by your passing. Glenn, your heart was so kind. I feel aweful that I let so much time pass between the last time we chatted as a result of COVID and working from home.

Your passing has shook me to do better. I need to care more about the things that really matter and that is the relationships with those I care about and who care about me.

I will miss your wisdom and guidance in every aspect.

Rest in Peace my friend.

Deeply saddened to hear of Glenn's passing. He was a big bear of a man with the kindest heart, showing concern for his colleagues. Over the years, he has helped my team and I on so many different occasions. Doing his best and connecting with his colleagues was so important to him. I am grateful for our brief conversations - about small town Iowa, his shorts and his Hazelnut coffee. Rest in peace, Glenn. May God comfort your family and friends through their memories of you.

To Joyce, & Glenn's family.
I remember growing up around Glenn. I've known him since he was 5. We started out school in the same grade at Wales, & finished up graduating in Red Oak together. And we attended church at Hawthorne. Yet we never kept up with each other much after school. We traveled different roads. However, from all of the previous comments, & the couple times we were together, you were always a kind sole. So until we meet again may you bask in the light, & love of our creator. May God bless you! And bless those who are in morning.

To all of Glenn's family and loved ones. I am so sorry for your loss. I worked with Glenn at CSG. I was fortunate enough to work on the same team as Glenn for a couple years, and had the opportunity to talk with him on a daily basis. While working, he was always seeking to learn more so he could be the best at what he was doing. After I moved to a different team, we stayed in touch. We continued to go out to lunch, and grab dinner together. These times were so nice because we got the chance to talk about so much more than work. He always had a sincere interest in how my family is doing. Once everything with COVID hit and we all started working from home we unfortunately couldn't hang out. We still talked almost every week, and he would always say that the next meal was on him once I was ready to go eat at restaurants again. Once that time comes, I'm heading down to Barrett's with a group of friends to keep your tradition going.

Glenn - Thank you for being such a good friend. I miss you!
