Kelly, Darren, Tess and family,
I am so sorry for the loss of your mom. I always enjoyed visiting her every time I saw her in Red Oak. I can’t believe she still remember me after all these years, since I moved during elementary school. You are in my prayers.

Dear Kelly dear And and Tess and other members of the family,
I remember when Glen and Ferne were married. Glen farmed my dad‘s farm after he retired. I am joyed listening to her stores from growing up. She gives my mom a lot of credit for teaching her how
to be a farm wife and bake and cook . She was a wonderful cook. Then when Kelly was in the accident, I was in nursing school, and I just remember going up to the hospital and Ferne never left the bedside. I am certain only for Ferne , Kelly would not have made it .
God bless her family.

It is so clear to me that LA Ferne had no fear or worry approaching death. She had a strong and faithful relationship with her Lord. I have known Ferne since the age of 10 when I met her youngest daughter, Tess in 4th Grade. Ferne was a firm and guiding hand thorough out my life. She made the best pancakes ever!! I saw Ferne last summer. We had a long talk about everything, and while I can't remember exactly everything we spoke about, I remember leaving with a deep feeling of comfort.
Kelly, Darren and Tess, I feel your loss deeply. Holding you and your families so close at this time. My deepest love and respect to your mom. Julie xxxx
